Big Brother Hotshot Tayo Is a Father

Earlier this evening, Biggie calls Tayo, the Nigeria housemate in the Big Brother house into the Diary room to give him some great news. While he settled down into the chair, he looked slightly unsettled. Biggie puts his mind at rest by asking him to relax.

Tayo looked relieved and then Biggie told him the good news.His girlfriend/partner just had a bouncing baby boy. Tayo burst into tears of joy.

For someone like Tayo who is loud, boisterous and generally playful, it seemed a sobering moment.  He couldn't hold back the tears. The floodgates were open. The tears flowed endlessly. Biggie congratulated him and presented him with some cigars, a bottle of liquor (wasn't sure which), and a pretty envelope.

Biggie told him that being a father is a great feeling and a thing of joy. He also added that it comes with a lot of responsibilities. He told him to go break the news to his fellow housemates and expect some goodies later, to celebrate.

Tayo walked out the diary room after thanking Biggie, but he didn't stop crying. He walked into the house shouting "I am a father, i am a father . . . ". The other housemates were filled with joy and ran around Tayo, hugging him, patting him on the back, shaking him, and bouncing around him in happiness.

The envelope had a card with a picture of his baby and some message. The ladies ooh(ed) and ah(ed) and they said a prayer for the baby. The baby's name is Akintoye.
