It’s amazing how grudges of the past can be reopened in a flash. Despite the fact that BBNaija Season 2 had come and gone, some of the See Gobbe housemates still have deep rooted hurts.
It’s no more a game. It’s the real world, and because no monies are at stake, minds are bared without any holding back. Everyone can now speak their minds. I must give it to Ebuka Obi-Ochendu though. He is good and subtle in the way he makes them open up.
Who would have guessed that Uriel and TBoss have it in for each other? TBoss in her typical complaining ways made it clear she still wasn’t ready to be friends with Uriel in the outside world and it appeared that the latter didn’t really care.
The beef? TBoss found out that Uriel stated to some housemates that TBoss’s boobs were fake. Indeed she did as I vividly remember the time she said that. Of course, TBoss was and still is hurt and so claims they can’t really be friend and if she did become friends with her, it will be a presence and will be hard. This she said after Ebuka asked if there was a possibility of the two of them burying the hatchet.
Uriel, anyway, was nonplussed because as she stated, they were never really friends in the Big Brother house at the time. She also claimed that on the opening day of the show, when she said hello warmly to TBoss, she barely answered her and so that was one reason she never warmed up the ‘boss lady’. Oh well!!
So let’s take it that those two will remain distant for some time. But who knows, after spilling it all out, maybe, just maybe they’ll be able to finally put the issue to rest. Letting it all out does wonders most times.
Soon after, it was game time and the host passed out a simple questionnaire. Who would each want to marry, kiss, or slap out of the See Gobbe housemates if given the chance to. When Myonce answered he’d like to kiss Uriel and TBoss, something told me that she didn’t like how her name popped up second to Uriel’s. However, when he stated he can marry Uriel, it was glaring and obvious that TBoss didn’t like that. She looked peeved and almost glared at Myonce. Vintage TBoss, always displeased!
So far, The Reunion has been great to watch. Curious to see what happens on the next episode.
